Originally from Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, México; Francia attended the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (in Spanish Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, ITESM) where she earned a degree in Mexican Law. Francia also attended the Complutense University of Madrid (in Spanish Universidad Complutense de Madrid, UCM) and earned a Magister Juris degree in European Union Law.
After finishing her studies in Europe, Francia returned to Mexico, where she practiced International Trade Law and Customs Law for almost 9 years working with multi-million dollar corporations and small businesses as well as with the Mexican Customs and Foreign Trade Authorities.
Francia’s practice focuses on counseling and working with small businesses and Corporations that want to expand their business and trade to Mexico as well as with Mexican Companies that wish to trade in the United States.
