Antigua Goes After U.S. Royalties in Gaming Spat

In one corner, the 800 lbs bully.  In the other corner, a flea on the bully’s back.  They political dynamics could hardly be more striking.  But, Antigua is standing its ground.  After years of fighting with the U.S. over Internet gambling restrictions, Antigua and Barbuda is seeking to get paid another way:  rerouting intellectual property royalty payments.  This spat threatens to go high profile.
