In Nicaragua, Artisanal Chocolate at the Source

Cooking traditions usually survive if they are half decent, or part of some kind of ritual.  In a small corner of the world in Nicaragua, one tradition which has survived is both heavenly and divine.  It involves chocolate!  A Nicaraguan company makes high-end chocolate in the Mesoamerican heart of cacao bean.  Doesn’t it make your mouth water?
